Wow, the last time that I updated this blog was like 3 months ago...So much has been going on in the world of late. The double catastrophe in Japan and now the war in Libya. This revolution in North Africa and Middle East has really made the rest of the world sit up and take notice. It's a signal that it's time for Change. Leaders who have been in power for too long are now being forced to go. People have had enough.
The earthquake and tsunami in Japan was just too sad:( Seeing how people lost everything they owned and people they loved so dearly, in a matter of minutes was heartbreaking. I really hope that all the people affected by these natural disasters can find strength to move on and re-build their lives. It won't be easy but it can be done. My heart goes out to all those affected by it.
And I really hope the people of Libya can hold on and get what they really deserve - to live in a peaceful democratic society. 42 years of oppression is just too much. The people of Libya have spoken. Enough is enough

¤...Where is the Love...¤
In today's world, we are constantly faced with Decisions. Decisions that can ultimately shape who we become in life and they can either be good or bad.
One thing that puzzles me though is how a person can make a choice to end another person's life deliberately because of a personal vendetta. A life is something so precious and no one has the right to take the life of another - Well that's debatable of course seeing that the death penalty is still practiced in many countries. But how can one justify a nurse deliberately putting a baby into a mortuary because of xenophobia - a baby who only has diarrhea but is still alive.........simply put, its amounts to murder..... I mean, what can such an innocent baby possibly have done to a person to make them do that?? Especially that the baby is a twin and the other twin will now have to grow up knowing that their sibling was killed by a nurse/nurses.
I just don't get it. Xenophobia in any area should be dealt with seriously. This is just one of the worst case scenarios and very tragic too. Its a story that hit me so hard and I still can't get it out of my mind. When the world will change, I don't know but as sad as I am to say this, that's just the way it is:(
Imma be out now...Ciau:(

The Beginning of Something New....
Wow this year has gone by so quicly right before my eyes. We're already in September! Prelims started just yesterday and now they're over... This is where we have to make it count... Now the only thing left to do is write finals - a crucial part of your life. I do my first final on 14 October.. CAT prac. And if things go according to plan its on to university where you live the good life.... Nothing beats student life. If God permits, my life will be undergoing a huge transformation - one for the better of course;) I just need to put in every bit of effort in me from here onwards....so that things can fall into place:).
